How RAS Thermal Co., Ltd handles personal data submitted through rasthermo.com, enquiry forms, analytics cookies, retention and your rights.
This policy explains what personal data RAS Thermal Co., Ltd (“RAS Thermal”, “we”) collects through rasthermo.com, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It applies to visitors and business contacts who use this website.
What we collect
Enquiry and contact data. When you submit the contact form or the request-for-quote (RFQ) form, we receive the fields you fill in: name, company, work email, optional phone number and country, plus the message or specification you send. These forms are processed through Web3Forms, which forwards the submission to our company mailbox.
Analytics data. This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-DW9M9NY3ED) to understand aggregate traffic: which pages are visited, approximate geography, device type and referral source. Analytics data is collected via cookies and is processed by Google under its own privacy terms. We use it only in aggregate, we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data.
Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, browser, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.
How we use it
- Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your request, prepare quotations, and conduct the business discussion you initiated.
- Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve site content and navigation.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share enquiry details with third parties except the service providers named above (Web3Forms for form delivery, Google for analytics) and logistics or inspection partners when a transaction you requested requires it.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained while a business discussion is active and archived afterwards as part of our commercial records. Analytics data is retained per the Google Analytics default settings. Server logs are rotated on the hosting provider’s standard schedule.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@rasthermo.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We respond within a reasonable period and no later than required by applicable law.
You can disable analytics cookies through your browser settings or a cookie-blocking extension; the site remains fully functional without them.
